- Ingredients
- 4-1/2 lbs (2 kg). corned beef brisket
- 2 medium onions, quartered
- 1 cabbage head, cut in small chunks
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) pepper
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) vinegar
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) sugar
- 2 cups (475 ml) water
- Preparation
- Combine ingredients in removable liner with cabbage on top.
- Cut meat to fit, cut cabbage into chunks.
- Place liner in base.
- Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours; high 6-7 hours or auto 6-8 hours.
