Serves/Makes:4 patties
- Ingredients
- 1 lb (.5 kg). ground beef
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
- 1 tsp (5 ml). salt
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml). pepper
- 1 cup (225 ml) crushed corn flakes
- 1 cup (225 ml) condensed mushroom soup
- Preparation
- Mix everything together except the soup.
- Make patties.
- Roll in flour and fry until brown.
- Put in casserole dish and pour soup on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 35 to 40 minutes.

- I always double the recipe for four (4) people.
