- 1 lb (.5 kg). raw minced conch meat
- 1 minced onion
- 4 oz (112 grm). flour
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) dry breadcrumbs
- milk and cooking oil, as needed
- Mix conch meat, onion, flour, egg and seasonings together and moisten with a little milk.
- Shape into flat fritters.
- Dip in breadcrumbs and fry quickly in hot oil.
