Serves/Makes:1 13" x 9" pan
- Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 pkg. lemon supreme cake mix
- 1 3oz. pkg. lime jello
- 5 eggs or 1-1/4 cups (300 ml) of eggbeaters
- 3/4 cup (175 ml) orange juice
- 3/4 cup (175 ml) oil
- Glaze:
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) key lime juice, or the juice of 5 limes
- 8 tbsp (125 ml). powdered sugar
- Preparation
- Cake:
- Combine all ingredients and blend well.
- Pour into a greased 13 inch x 9 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Prick with fork when cool, then glaze.
- Glaze:
- Combine lime juice and sugar.
- Drizzle over cake.
- Store cake in refrigerator.
