Serves/Makes:3 cups
- Ingredients
- 1 cup (225 ml) mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) chives, minced
- 1 tsp (5 ml) lemon pepper
- 2 cups (475 ml) cucumbers, pared, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup (225 ml) sour cream (or plain yogurt if you prefer)
- Preparation
- Stir together mayonnaise, dill, garlic, chives and lemon pepper.
- Add the cucumbers.
- Fold in the sour cream.
- Chill.
