- Ingredients
- Loaf:
- 1 lb (.5 kg). ground pork
- 2 lbs (.9 kg). ground ham
- 1 cup (225 ml) bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml). pepper
- 3/4 cup (175 ml) milk
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) catsup
- GLAZE:
- 3/4 cup (175 ml) brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) water
- 1 tsp (5 ml). dry mustard
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) vinegar
- Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
- Combine loaf ingredients.
- Put into loaf pan.
- Combine glaze ingredients.
- Pour over loaf.
- Bake about for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
