Ingredients

• 3 fresh white peaches, peeled, pitted, and chopped
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
• 1 cup (225 ml) fresh lemon juice
• 1-1/2 cups (350 ml) water
• 1 cup (225 ml) ice cubes

Preparation

• Place the peaches and sugar in a blender and puree.
• Place the lemon juice and water in a pitcher and add the strained, pureed peaches.
• Pour into tall, ice-filled glasses.
