- Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) paprika
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) crushed dried oregano
- 2 tsp (10 ml) chili powder
- 1 tsp (5 ml) black pepper
- 1/2 t cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) dried mustard
- Preparation
- Mix ingredients together and store in air tight container.
- Comments
This can be used on meat, fish, poultry; coat these before cooking
Can also be used witnin bean dishes and mixed with other seasonings.
