- Ingredients
- 2 dozen extra large eggs
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) dried buffalo meat (substitute natural beef jerky)
- nonstick cooking spray
- large cast iron skillet
- 1 Tomahawk or camp axe
- Preparation
- Place skillet on cooking support over low open fire.
- Spray skillet with non stick cooking spray.
- Break eggs into skillet and stir with Tomahawk until scrambled and done.
- Sprinkle in dried meat.
- Make up stories have older kids take turns stirring the eggs with the tomahawk.
