Champagne Honey Mustard Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup (225 ml) dry mustard
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
  • 6 oz (168 grm). flat champagne
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
Preparation
  • Combine ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix together thoroughly.
  • Jar and seal mustard.
  • Age 3 to 4 months, then refrigerate.
