- Ingredients
- 1 cup (225 ml) dry mustard
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
- 6 oz (168 grm). flat champagne
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
- Preparation
- Combine ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix together thoroughly.
- Jar and seal mustard.
- Age 3 to 4 months, then refrigerate.
