- Cut up one cantalope into bite size pieces, halve one quart strawberries. Add one cup sugar and one cup maderia wine. Chill in refridge four hours.

- 1 cantalope
- 1 qt. strawberries
- 1 cup (225 ml) sugar
- 1 cup (225 ml) Madera wine
- Preparation
- Cut cantalope into bite size pieces.
- Halve strawberries.
- Combine.
- Add sugar and Madera wine.
- Chill in refrigerator 4 hours.
- Comments
- Good Dessert after a spicy meal.
