- 15 medium size tomatoes,chopped
- 3 bunches green onions, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 to 10 jalapenos, chopped finely
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 2 lemons, juice only
- salt and pepper to taste
- Chop all of the vegetables.
- Add the cilantro.
- Add the juice of the 2 lemons.
- Mix well and store in covered dish in the fridge.
- Chill one hour before serving with chips.
