Serves/Makes:1 pie shell
- 1-1/4 cups (300 ml) flour
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) sugar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) cold butter
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) water
- 1 tsp (5 ml) white vinegar
- Put ingredients into food processor and mix for 10 to 20 seconds (Pulse on and off motion).
- Press onto the bottom and sides of pie plate.
- Bake as directed in filling recipe.
