Ingredients

• 2 cups (475 ml) chocolate chips, semi sweet or milk chocolate
• 1 cup (225 ml) sour cream

Preparation

• Melt the chocolate chips in a bowl over boiling water or microwave at full power for 45 seconds.
• Stir until smooth.
• Mix in the sour cream until smooth.
• This frosting thickens as it cools.
