- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 small cool whip
- 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract or flavoring
- 1 cup (225 ml) sugar
- Mix first 5 ingredients together in a bowl and pour into ice cream freezer container.
- Finish filling freezer to line with milk.
- To freeze be sure to add lots of rock salt to ice in outer container.
- This does not become hard but like a soft ice cream.
