Serves/Makes:3 cups
- Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers - peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup (225 ml) sour cream
- 1 cup (225 ml) plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp (5 ml) ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
- Preparation
- In a medium bowl, combine the cucumber, sour cream, yogurt, parsley, cilantro, cumin and salt.
- Mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
