- Peanut Butter Fudge
- 2 cups (475 ml) of white sugar
- 1 cup (225 ml) of milk
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) of butter
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) of peanut butter
- Boil sugar, milk, and butter to a soft ball stage.
- Remove from heat, and add peanut butter.
- Beat with electric mixer.
- Pour into butter pan, and cool in fridge.
