- Ingredients
- 1 large can saurerkraut
- 1 circle kielbassa or polish sausage
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Preparation
- Place saurerkraut in pot.
- Cut kielbassa or polish sausage into desired pieces and add to pot.
- Bring to boil reduce heat and let simmer until done, approximately 1/2 to 3/4 hr.
- Comments
- Sometimes I cook small whole potatoes along with the
saurerkraut and kielbassa or polish sausage Helps cut the acid down in the
saurerkraut and is a complete meal.
Very good and filling.
