Serves/Makes:3 cups
- Ingredients
- 3 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 Anaheim chile, finely diced
- 2 fresh jalapenos, finely minced
- crushed red pepper, to taste
- 1/2 sweet onion, diced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) fresh cilantro leaves, minced
- juice of 1 lime (about 2 tbsp)
- Preparation
- Mix it all together.
- For hotter salsa, don't remove all the jalapeno seeds.
