Serves/Makes:2/3 cup
- Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) ketchup
- 1 slice onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp (30 ml). brown sugar
- 1 tbsp (15 ml). Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp (15 ml). lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml). salt
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml). dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml). prepared horseradish
- Preparation
- Put all ingredients into blender container.
- Process until thoroughly blended.
- Use to baste chicken, beef or pork.

- This sauce is very good and couldn't be easier to prepare.
