- Ingredients
- 3 cups (700 ml) self-rising flour
- 5 tbsp (70 ml). sugar
- 1 12 oz (336 grm). bottle beer
- Preparation
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Bake in greased pan at 350 degrees (175 C.) for about 40 minutes.
- Comments
- Dr. Wyble was my physics professor in college and truly a wonderful guy. His recipe is a good substitute for corn bread.
