Serves/Makes:6 or more
- Ingredients
- 2 cups (475 ml) cooked, cut yellow squash
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) diced ham
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) butter
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) bread crumbs
- Preparation
- In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix.
- Pour into a greased 2 quarts (1900 ml) casserole.
- Bake at 400 degrees (200 C.) for 30 minutes.
- Comments
- To save yourself some time, you can use the prepackaged diced ham found in the meat section of the grocery store.
