- This marinade makes the best of any meat
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) oil
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) brown sugar
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) soy sauce
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) malt vinegar
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) tomatoe sauce
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- Combine all ingredients together.
- Pour over desired meat[also great for chicken].
- Leave meat to marinade for as long as possible before cooking.
