Cheese Ravioli Filling

Recipe Information
Serves/Makes:1 lb. plus

  • Cheese ravioli filling:
  • 1/2 lb (.2 kg). farmer's cheese, grated
  • 1/2 lb (.2 kg). mozarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) parmesan cheese
  • 1 extra-large egg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) dried parsley
  • Mix all together.
  • Use as much required to fill size of ravioli being made.
My husband's grandmother was from Italy and this is a recipe that is still used by his family/ours today.
