- Cheese ravioli filling:
- 1/2 lb (.2 kg). farmer's cheese, grated
- 1/2 lb (.2 kg). mozarella cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) parmesan cheese
- 1 extra-large egg
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) dried parsley
- Mix all together.
- Use as much required to fill size of ravioli being made.
- My husband's grandmother was from Italy and this is a recipe that is still used by his family/ours today.
