- Basic and simple Sugar Cookie Decoration Icing.
Serves/Makes:about 1 cup
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup (225 ml) powdered sugar
- 2 to 3 tbsp (45 ml) milk
- Mix butter, sugar and enough milk to make a smooth mixture thick enough to spread.
- Use as needed. Use food colors to color or tint as needed.
