- 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
- 2 tbsp (30 ml). balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp (15 ml). lemon juice
- 1 tbsp (15 ml). cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp (15 ml). red pepper
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml). salt
- 1 tsp (5 ml). sugar
- Mix ingredients and use for chicken or pork marinade for barbecue or bake.
- Use for chicken liver peri peri a South African delight.
- Had this recipe during our trip to Capetown. It is a delight if you like anything hot.
