- 4 slices ham (3/4 in thick)
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) dry mustard
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) brown sugar
- milk to cover
- Place ham slices in roast pan.
- Rub with dry mustard and brown sugar.
- Add enough milk to barely cover.
- Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
