Serves/Makes:36 slices
- Ingredients
- 2 6 oz (168 grm). package butterscotch or chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) butter or margarine
- 1 cup (225 ml) peanut butter
- 3/4 package miniatures marshmallows
- Preparation
- Melt (butterscotch or chocolate) chips in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water.
- Stir in butter and peanut butter.
- Cool slightly.
- Fold in marshmallows.
- Spoon into 8" cake pan.
- Refrigerate.

- This "slice" freezes well.
