Serves/Makes:4 or more
- Ingredients
- 2 to 4 large carrots
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) honey
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) butter
- Preparation
- Peel carrots and slice julieene style (long thin sticks).
- Place in a saucepan with the honey and butter and cook until just tender.
- Comments
- YUMMY!!!! you can have these with any meal and its a great way to get kids to eat carrots. You can reuse the mixture again next time round. It will keep for about a week in the fridge
