- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) to 3 tbsp (45 ml) chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
- 1 tsp (5 ml) garlic powder
- 1 tsp (5 ml) salt
- 2 large pickled jalepeno, finely chopped
- Mix all together.
- Better when set overnight.
