- 1 or more bananas
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) brown sugar
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) butter
- splash of lemon juice
- In 350 degree (175 C.) oven, melt butter in a square baking dish.
- Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over butter.
- Add lemon juice.
- Add bananas, sliced lengthwise, and stir to coat.
- Bake for 5 minutes or so until bananas are warm and coated with syrup.
- Good served with ice cream!
