- Ingredients
- 3 cups (700 ml) milk
- 2/3 cup (150 ml) grapenuts
- pinch salt
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
- cinnamon
- Preparation
- Scald milk.
- Add grapenuts; let cool.
- Add salt.
- Beat 2 egg yolks with sugar; add to grapenuts.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
- Beat egg whites last and fold in gently.
- Bake 1 hour or so in 350 degree (175 C.) oven.

- This recipe was given to me by my mom. My dad loved grapenuts and this was a favorite yummy desert in our home.
