Cinnamon Butter for Bagels
Serves/Makes:1 1/3 c. approx.
- 2 sticks butter softened
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) condensed milk (chilled)
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) corn syrup
- 3/4 tsp (4 ml) cinnamon (to taste)
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until mixture is smooth.
- Serve with hot rolls, muffins, or bagels.
- Remainder may be stored in refrigerator.
