- Ingredients
- 1 lb (.5 kg). linguini
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable or canola oil
- 2 lbs (.9 kg). Manilla clams
- 4 sprigs parsley
- 4 cloves, minced garlic
- 2 cups (475 ml) dry white wine
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- romano or parmesan cheese, grated
- Preparation
- Cook pasta.
- Saute oil, garlic, chili pepper, and parsley.
- Add wine and cook 1 minute.
- Add clams and cook thoroughly.
- Drain pasta and add to saute pan.
- Toss with romano or parmasan cheese.
- Serve.
