- Ingredients
- 1 tsp (5 ml) vegetable oil
- 4 boneless pork chops, 1 inch thick
- 1-1/2 cups (350 ml) prepared salsa, chunky
- 1 4 oz (112 grm). can diced green chilies
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) ground cumin
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) cheddar cheese
- Preparation
- Heat oil and brown chops.
- Add chilies, salsa and cumin.
- Simmer on low for 8 minutes, covered.
- Uncover and top with cheese.
- Cover until cheese melts.
- Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 40 minutes.
- Serve.
