Serves/Makes:1 1/2 c.
- 1 cup (225 ml) heavy cream, room temperature
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) sour cream, room temperature
- 1 tbsp (15 ml). confectioner's sugar
- Whip cream.
- Whisk in the sour cream and the sugar.
- Beat until mixture is very thick.
- Place in the refrigerator and chill until serving.
- Note: many say that the only true clotted cream is Devonshire Cream, made in Devonshire (of course). :)
