- Ingredients
- 4 diced scallions
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice
- 1 lb (.5 kg). mushrooms, washed, thin sliced, ane diced
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) light or regular cream
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) parsley
- dash pepper
- dash salt
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) butter
- Preparation
- Saute mushrooms and scallions in butter, season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl whisk cream, lemon, and parsley; add to mushrooms.
- Simmer until hot.
- Pour into serving dishes.
- Comments
- Serve with crusty french stick, for dipping, and white wine.
