Serves/Makes:3/4 c.
- Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) vegetable, saffron or canola oil
- 1-1/2 tbsp (20 ml) Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced or 1 tsp (5 ml) dried minced garlic
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Preparation
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Toss with mixed green salad.
