- Ingredients
- 1 lb (.5 kg). pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1/2 red pepper, diced
- 1/2 yellow pepper, diced
- 1 head broccoli, diced
- 1 cup (225 ml) green olives
- 1 cup (225 ml) cherry tomatoes, whole
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) flaked garlic
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Old Bay seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup (225 ml) olive oil
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) balsamic vinegar
- Preparation
- Mix all ingredients together and serve.
