- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
- salt, pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) butter, melted
- Put the first 2 ingredients in blender (medium speed).
- Add salt and pepper.
- Pour melted butter in mixture while blender is running.
- Put in dish and keep warm.
- Easy!!And good for vegetables. I always use this for aspargus.
