Serves/Makes:1 angelfood cake frosting
- Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sour cream
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) crushed strawberries, drained
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sliced bananas
- 1 cup (225 ml) cream, whipped
- Preparation
- Mix first four ingredients and fold into whipped cream.
- Frost cake.
- Chill 2 to 3 hours.
