Serves/Makes:1 crust
- Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups (350 ml) flour
- 2 tsp (10 ml). sugar
- 1 tsp (5 ml). salt
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) oil
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) milk
- Preparation
- Combine flour, sugar and salt.
- Add oil and milk.
- Mix well and pat into pie plate.
- Flute edges.
- Bake at 425 degrees (225 C.), 10 to 12 minutes.
- Fill.
- Does not have to be pricked for cream pies as it will not shrink.
