Serves/Makes:24 cookies
- Ingredients
- 4 oz (112 grm). cream cheese
- 2 tbsp (30 ml). dairy sour cream
- 1 tbsp (15 ml). sifted powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml). finely shredded orange peel
- 24 2 inch square shortbread cookies
- assorted fruits, cut or sliced into small pieces
- Preparation
- Stir together cream sheese, sour cream, powdered sugar and orange peel.
- Spread approximately 1 tsp (5 ml). mixture on each cookie.
- Top with fruit.
- Serve.
