- Ingredients
- 8 1 inch thick pork chops
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) grainy mustard (Dijon)
- 2 tsp (10 ml) salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) olive oil
- 2 tsp (10 ml) honey
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) ground cumin
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Preparation
- Score fat on chops with knife.
- Blend remaining ingredients then brush on chops.
- Grill 6 minutes on each side.
