- Ingredients
- 2 lbs (.9 kg). ground beef
- 1-1/2 cups (350 ml) Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned stuffing mix (not cornbread)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) ketchup
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml). Worcestershire sauce
- Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Line large baking sheet with foil and spray with Pam.
- Shape into two firm loaves.
- Bake for one hour or until done.
- Comments
- This recipe is super easy and quick. To freeze: Cool meatloaves throughly. Wrap securely in plastic wrap then in tin foil. This freezes well - I do it all of the time.
