- Ingredients
- 1 quart (950 ml) drained sauerkraut
- 1 4 oz (112 grm). can pimentos, chopped
- 1 cup (225 ml) celery, chopped
- 1 cup (225 ml) onion, chopped
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 3/4 cup (175 ml) sugar
- Preparation
- Mix well and let set for 4 to 6 days.

- A family Thanksgiving tradition, great on hot dogs, hamburgers and turkey sandwiches.
