Ingredients
  1 egg white
 1 tbsp (15 ml) water
 1 lb (.5 kg). shelled nuts
 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
 1 tsp (5 ml) cinnamon
 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt (optional)
  Preparation
  Beat egg white and water until frothy.
Add nuts and stir.
In a bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon and salt (if using).
Add egg white covered nuts and stir until coated.
Spread in a single layer on baking sheet.
 Bake at 225 degrees (100 C.) for 1 hour--stirring every 15 minutes.
