- Ingredients
- 2 lbs (.9 kg). ground beef
- 1 medium sized onion, chopped
- 4 cans mixed vegetables, undrained
- 1 16 oz (448 grm). can chopped tomatoes, undrained
- salt, to taste
- Preparation
- Brown ground beef; drain.
- Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Add tomatoes and vegetables; simmer for 45 minutes.
- Salt to taste.
