- Ingredients
- 1 cup (225 ml) salted cocktail type peanuts
- 1 tbsp (15 ml). peanut oil
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml). salt
- Preparation
- Place ingredients in an electric blender.
- Blend until mixture becomes paste-like or spreadable.
- It may be necessary to add more peanut oil.
- The ingredients must be blended for several minutes.
- Store in tightly covered container.
- Homemade peanut butter will separate on standing.
- Stir before using.
