Strawberry Fluff Salad

Source: Kathy Serves/Makes:4 or more Ingredients 1 small carton Cool Whip 1 small box Strawberry jello 7-Up Strawberries Preparation In a mixing bowl, 'fluff' together whipped cream and jello. (Do not make the jello--just use the dry powder) This will get thick, so we add 7-Up a little at a time until it reaches a good consistency. It will thicken up some more in the fridge. Add cut up strawberries. Comments If the strawberries are really juicy, they may have sufficient juice to not even use the 7-Up. My 10 year old created this recipe and it has now become a family holiday tradition. You may have to experiment a little on the amounts, as we never measure it out. We use 7-Up because we like it, but you could replace the 7-up with strawberry flavor juice or anything!
